The following terms and conditions to the stay in Villa Kolevi apply:
1. All advanced bookings are subject to payment of deposit of 50% of the full amount payable. The deposit will be deducted from your bill if you stay for the whole period booked.
2. Upon receipt of your request for booking we will send you an e-mail with provisional acceptance of your booking. We will let you know in this e-mail how much you should pay and the ways to pay.
3. We will hold the accommodation for 1 week from the date of our provisional acceptance e-mail, during this week we should receive the deposit and confirm the booking within 24 hours of receiving your deposit.
4. Cancellations: a) Your deposit will be refunded in full (less any charges by banks, PayPal, etc) if you cancel more than two months before your arrival date; b) 50% of your deposit will be refunded (less any charges by banks, PayPal, etc) if you cancel your booking more than one month before your arrival date; c) Usually no refund will be given for cancellations made less than one month of your arrival date. This is subject to managerial discretion and the decision and the amount refunded under sub-section c is final; d) Should you decide to cancel part of your stay upon arrival or later, it will be treated as late cancellation and the deposit will not be deducted from your bill and you will be charged at our standard prices - currently 75 lv. per studio per night for July and August and 55 lv for June and September. All prices are subject to change without notice and are negotibble.
5. All refunds are to be made using the same payment mathod used by you.
6. Every effort will be made on our part to fulfill your booking but should your requested accommodation is not available due to circumstances beyond our control (act of God, act of Government or other public body), you will be offered similar accommodation or a full (less any charges by banks, PayPal, etc) refund of any money you have paid us.
7. All payments in Bulgaria are to be made in local currency.
8. Any breakage, apart from normal wear and tear is payable.
9. Due to health and safety and allergies, we are sorry but we can not accept pets.
